I Tried, Okay?

This soap has a story.

I thought it would be a fun bonding experience to make a soap that my brother had designed. What I failed to take into account is that we're both very bad at communicating with each other, and I'm not great about remembering to do things like research. What was supposed to be a 5-layered bar with swirls in his head became a 3-layered bar with swirls in my head, and a comedy of errors revolving around the weight of each layer and the order the layers were supposed to be in ensued.

Ultimately, this is a very pretty bar, with a baby-blue base and a swirl of white and pale pink, scented like a very nice cologne. Rather than rebatching it entirely, I thought it best to let stand as a reminder to me to double check measurements and take 30 seconds to do a Google search, rather than play telephone with my poor, long-suffering brother.
